• Updated Salon Cancellation Policy

New Fee Structure for Late Cancellations

• Starting January 2026, a new cancellation policy will be in effect.

• Haircut cancellations within 24 hours incur a $10 fee.

• Color or highlight cancellations within 48 hours incur a $30 or $50 fee, respectively.

• These non-refundable fees are charged to the credit card at cancellation and do not apply to future appointments.
